                        Members Save on Citrus!

                        As part of the #DiggersGrowMore pledge for 2020, we’ve discounted our complete range of citrus trees. Available on different rootstocks to suit your soils, choose Flying Dragon if you have heavy clay soil or Trifoliata for sandy soils.

                        Growing citrus is easy.

                        1. Prepare the soil by digging a hole twice as wide and twice as deep as the pot. 
                        2. Soak prior to planting in a bucket of diluted seaweed solution prior to planting.  
                        3. Place in the planting hole and back-fill. 
                        4. Mulch to 10cm
                        5. Fertilise monthly using Fruit and Citrus Fertiliser.

                        Clive and Penny Blazey, founders of The Diggers Club, gifted ownership of their highly successful garden company, along with family-owned properties Heronswood and St Erth, to The Diggers Foundation (formerly the Diggers Garden and Environment Trust) in 2011.

                        “We established The Diggers Foundation to ensure that the work we’ve done over more than 30 years in preserving historic gardens and houses as well as the best garden traditions through education will continue forever,” said Clive.

                        The Tomato Festival Sydney is back for its seventh year and the theme for 2020 is the joy of the kitchen garden.
